✨ Workshop with White & Givan ✨Sunday 1 February 2026 ✨ 10:00–12:00 ✨ 14+ Improver / Intermediate Level ✨ £15 (£12.50) Join us for a dynamic contemporary workshop with White & Givan, blending technical rigour with creative exploration. The morning begins with a contemporary company class centred on skeletal alignment, articulate placement, and core stability, supporting dancers to move with fluidity, precision, and power. This class nurtures a grounded, neutral understanding of the body’s physicality in performance. After class, participants will step into the creative world of Grace, a compelling new work inspired by Paula Rego’s Angel, exploring the edges of strength and vulnerability. Through guided improvisation and creative movement tasks, White & Givan will lead an investigation into themes of resilience, memory, and transformation. This is a unique chance to experience the company’s choreographic process while uncovering your own expressive and physical responses.
